Ordering is as easy as 1 - 2 -3:
1) Download the following Pet Questionnaire, complete it and save it with a file name containing your last and first name, e-mail it to mildaserrano@harmonyincreation.com .
2) E-mail no more than 20 of your pet pictures. E-mail pictures to mildaserrano@harmonyincreation.com . Name the file the same as your Pet Questionnaire file.
3) Proceed to the check out page and pay for your order package.

Packages Available:
Elaborate Package includes: Open credit with Pets Name, Date of Birth and Date of Passing, One song (your choice), 15 to 20 photo montage, your choice of 4 pages of text (limit of 10 words per page), ending credits limit 10 words. The song speed will determine how many of your photos we will be able to fit into your slideshow. We want your product to be beautiful reflection of your special bond, please keep your photograph expectations realistic.
Simple and Sweet Package includes, Open credit with Pets name, Date of Birth and Date of Passing, One song (your choice) 15 photo montage, ending credits limit 10 words.
Your Celebratory Package is only available in the Elaborate Package (See Above for package description)
Please allow for 4-6 weeks for completion of DVD. Shipping and handling charges are added to your final cost. Cost of package includes the production of your DVD, text, editing effects and the legal download of your song choice. When you purchase a DVD through this site, you the consumer acknowledges that the purchase is soley for the viewing of family and friends, the slideshow will not be mass produced, resold or copied and that there will be no charge to view the slideshow.
